Three grooves which are evenly distributed and used for being connected with the lower joint pieces are formed in the lower platform in the circumferential direction. The upper joint pieces, the vibration isolators, the movable pieces, the damping layers, the fixed pieces and the linings are combined to form three vibration isolator assemblies, the three axes of the three vibration isolator assemblies are converged at one point, and the convergence point is located above the upper platform.
