The set resistance threshold is acquired by a radial auxiliary measurement and verification method, and the set contact travel reduction threshold is verified by an axial auxiliary measurement and verification method. The failure of the circuit breaker arc contact can be accurately judged; according to dynamic contact resistance analysis and by adopting a method of comparison before and after erosion, the contact travel of the circuit breaker arc contact is evaluated; and according to experimental data of the method, a maintenance decision for the circuit breaker is guided to be made.
