Abstract

The invention provides a bird strike airworthiness clause applicability evaluation method based on impact energy, wherein the method is used for evaluating and revising Chinese existing bird strike airworthiness clauses. The method comprises the steps of sorting bird weight and speed in bird strike by means of bird strike instance data, and performing calculation for obtaining bird strike impact energy; secondly, performing distribution fitting and rule analysis on the bird strike impact energy by means of twofold two-parameter Weibull distribution; then aiming at a bird strike airworthiness clause requirement, calculating a bearable bird strike impact energy value which is prescribed in a safe range of a structure which corresponds with the claw, and obtaining a probability which exceeds the impact energy value based on the impact energy distribution; and obtaining a bird strike risk value according to the generation probability of an airplane bird strike event in an actual bird flock environment. According to the bird strike airworthiness clause applicability evaluation method, the actual bird strike instance data of the airplane are utilized; the bird flock environment, the airworthiness clause and the risk requirement are combined; not only can applicability of the Chinese existing bird strike airworthiness clauses be quantitatively evaluated, but also a method is realized for revising the bird strike airworthiness clauses.
