The invention discloses outdoor waterproof antibacterial superfine fiber synthetic leather and a finishing method thereof, wherein a preparation method of the synthetic leather comprises the following steps: (1) immersing superfine fiber synthetic leather in a treatment liquid, and padding, wherein the liquid carrying rate of the superfine fiber synthetic leather is 50%-70%, and the treatment liquid comprises the following components in parts by weight: 7-10 parts of a C6 waterproof finishing agent, 3-7 parts of a water-based antibacterial agent, 1-3 parts of a water-based crosslinking agent, and 100 parts of deionized water, wherein the pH is 4-6; (2) drying the product of the step (1), cooling and coiling; and (3) roll-coating the front face and the reverse face of the superfine fiber synthetic leather of the step (2) with an oily antibacterial agent, drying, cooling and coiling, and thus obtaining the externally-applied waterproof antibacterial superfine fiber synthetic leather.
