An outer thread of the center pipe meshes with an inner thread of the casing. A lower end opening of the upper coupling communicates with an upper opening of the center pipe. The telescopic adjusting pipe further comprises upper outer barrels, lower outer barrels, a lower short section and at least one seal ring which is arranged between the upper end of the inner walls of the upper outer barrels and the outer wall of the center pipe. The center pipe is sleeved with all the upper outer barrels and the lower outer barrels at intervals. The lower ends of the upper outer barrels are connected to the upper end of the casing. The upper ends of the lower outer barrels are connected to the lower end of the casing. The upper end of the lower short section is connected to the lower ends of the lower outer barrels. An upper end opening of the lower short section communicates with lower openings of the lower outer barrels. The upper end of the center pipe extends out of the upper outer barrels. The lower end of the center pipe is located in an outer casing assembly.
