The invention discloses a drawer type low-melting-point
metal high-flux melting device, and belongs to the technical field of
mechanical design. The device comprises an intermediate-frequency induction
melting furnace, drawer type trays, a large
induction coil, crucibles and the like. The intermediate-frequency induction
melting furnace is of a multilayer structure, all the
layers adopt independent melting, and can be drawn out or pushed in to observe the melting condition or add a modificator, a nucleating agent and the like, and rails and pulleys of the drawer type trays are made of heat-resisting stainless steel. The multiple crucibles are placed in the large
induction coil. When induction currents are input into the coil, raw materials in the crucibles are heated till the raw materialsare in a
molten state. The device is simple in structure, simple and convenient to operate, convenient to maintain, small in occupied space and high in safety,
