Abstract

The invention relates to a quality evaluation method of recyclability for infinite life design of parts. The quality evaluation method comprises that (1) estimating surplus of the strength design of the recycled parts; (2) evaluating surface quality, such as abrasion, corrosion and so on, of the recycled parts; (3) testing mechanical characteristics, such as hardness, frequency, stiffness and so on, of the recycled parts; (4) detecting accidental defects of the recycled parts in the manufacturing process; (5) evaluating residual strength and residual life of the recycled parts. When the mechanical products are under the conditions of the infinite life design and extensive experience design. The quality evaluation method can be used for the quality assessment of the parts to be recycled and remanufactured after mechanical products are scrapped so as to save resources and energy, and reduce environmental pollution. Compared with original manufacturing products, the remanufactured products save cost of 50%, energy of 60 %, materials of 70%, and have great economic value.
