Abstract

The invention discloses an electric tree channel partial discharge analysis system based on LabVIEW, and the system consists of a hardware part and a software part. The hardware part of the system comprises a power supply, a server, a Rogowski coil, a data collection card and an oscilloscope, and carries out the measurement, collection and displaying of a partial discharge signal. The software part is developed based on the LabVIEW platform, carries out the noise reduction and threshold analysis of the measured and collected partial discharge signal generated in a growth process of an electric tree, displays the waveform of the partial discharge signal in a time domain, displays the waveform of the partial discharge signal in the frequency domain through a conversion module, and then constructs a two-dimensional discharge spectrogram through extracting the discharge phase and frequency. The system carries out the collection and processing of the partial discharge signal through the LabVIEW technology and the Rogowski coil, achieves the analysis of the partial discharge caused in the growth process of the electric tree in a test sample, and further judges the aging condition of a tested insulating material. The system is high in reliability, can achieve the real-time monitoring, and is high in practicality.
