Abstract

The method comprises the following steps: acquiring the receiver voltage VOUT of a photoelectric sensor wound around the coil pipe outlet of each heat exchanger loop at the same time; exporting the output voltage signal UTEPS of each photoelectric sensor through logical operation; acquiring the frosting amount F of each heat exchanger loop through logical operation; comparing the frosting amount F of one heat exchanger loop with those of the other heat exchanger loops, and selecting the maximum value and the minimum value; and calculating the frosting uniformity FEV. The method has the advantages that only several related physical quantities need to measure; the voltage value of each photoelectric sensor is regarded as the most important measurement data; the measurement mode is simple; the relatively precise measurement can be performed without very large equipment; and the air source heat pump needs not be stopped in the measurement process.
