measurement device comprises a force value sensor, a controller, a force exerting rod and a closing-in block. An original closing-in tool is basically unchanged, and the
measurement device is used. The force value sensor is additionally arranged on the back face of the force exerting rod. Force generated by the fact that the closing-in block is pressed by the force exerting rod to press the self-locking nut is converted into an
electric signal, then stress information is fed back to the controller through the sensor, when a force value is equal to a set value, the controller sends out a
signal, work is stopped, and resetting is carried out. Deformation resistance generated by the self-locking nut is coincident through the cooperation of the sensor and the controller, the mode that the closing-in size of the self-locking nut is controlled is changed into the mode that the deformation resistance of the self-locking nut is controlled, a control method is changed, the
coincidence of locking force is good, the
measurement device and the method are simple, and the
coincidence of the locking force after the self-locking nut is closed in is improved. The deviation, caused by the
machining tolerance, of the locking force of the self-locking nut is eliminated.
