Abstract

The invention discloses an apparatus and a method for automatically examining the quality of edible salt. The method comprises the following steps: placing an edible salt sample to be examined in a feed inlet; rotating a rotating disc to make the edible salt sample in the feed inlet enter all internal barrels; adding a reaction solution to every internal barrel, carrying out a reinforcement reaction through an assisted reaction device, and acquiring examination data by a detection device; and sending the examination data to a controller, analyzing and processing the examination data by a controller, sending the examination data to an operating platform, and displaying the examination data to inspectors by the operating platform.
