After the electric vehicle is driven, an electric vehicle driving wheel starts rotating and pushes an electric vehicle driven wheel generator to generate power during running, and finally energy is temporarily stored in two super farad capacitors, so that the super farad capacitors continuously charge the electric vehicle power battery through the exchange charging-discharging effect.
