Carbon dioxide, from a greenhouse gas source, is reacted with hydrogen, developed in an environmentally friendly process, such as from solar energy based electrolysis, to produce a mixture of ethanol and other saleable organic compounds. The ethanol and other saleable organic compounds mixture may contain substantial percentages of methanol, ethanol, and dimethylether in addition to other components which have chemical structures of predominantly carbon and hydrogen or carbon, hydrogen and oxygen. The saleable organic compounds, such as methane, methanol and ethanol may be used as a combustible fuel thus developing a green energy cycle. A portion of the organic compounds may be separated into essentially pure components and used as chemical process feed stocks. The invention discloses an energy-storage air conditioning system which includes an energy reserving device, a heat pump outdoor unit, a first circulation pipe, a heat exchanger, an energy circulation device, a second circulation device, an accumulator and a controller, which are connected with each other. Compared with the prior art, the heat exchange system of the invention can store the energy, except for the satisfying the requirement in the temperature when the electricity is out, so that the energy exchange can be achieved to keep the stability of the indoor temperature through the driving of a circulation pump and a fan coil by utilizing the energy provided by solar batteries when the electricity is out. Thereby, a great amount of cost is saved for the users. In addition, the system does not change the cleanness, humidity and other indexes in the room and overcomes the disadvantages that in the prior art, an extra dynamo is needed when the electricity is out, thereby having no increased cost and unnecessary waste of the energy.

The invention provides a high-density integrated micro-nano photoelectron chip radiator based on a thermoelectric cooler, and aims at solving the cooling problem of chip integration components by using thermoelectric material and a Stirling generator to structure a physical device capable of recycling energy. The device comprises the Stirling generator, the thermoelectric cooler and a power supply module; the thermoelectric cooler is arranged at the top of a chip; the cold end of the thermoelectric cooler is in contact with the upper surface of the chip; the hot end of the thermoelectric cooler is in contact with a hot cavity of the Stirling generator; the power supply module is respectively and parallelly connected with the Stirling generator and the thermoelectric cooler through circuits; and the power supply module comprises a battery and a control circuit. The device provided by the invention utilizes the thermoelectric cooler to cool the chip integration components so as to ensure the stability for the normal work of the chip integration components; and as the heat energy produced by the chip integration components is utilized to be converted into electric energy for supplying electricity to the cooler, the purpose of cooling is realized. The device saves energy and protects environment, is efficient, and has a good cooling effect and lower noise.
