Abstract

The preparation method includes the steps that (1) an active collagen stocksolution with a certain concentration is prepared, a blocking agent is added while stirring is conducted, the stirring time is 0.5-2 hours, the reaction temperature is 10-20 DEG C, then an instantizer is added, the stirring time is 0.5-2 hours, the reaction temperature is 10-20 DEG C, and a reaction pH is controlled to be 5-7; and (2) after a reaction, the instant undenatured natural collagen freeze-dried product is obtained after filling and freeze-drying. The collagen freeze-dried product retains the structural properties of natural undenatured collagen, and can be dissolved in water for 1-2 min without acylation treatment, no thickening agent is added to the collagen freeze-dried product, after being dissolved with the water, a thick skin feeling is achieved, and the product is safer;and the collagen freeze-dried product is subjected to terminal sterilization by using a low-dose electron beam irradiation sterilization process, and is a sterile product, and the natural activity ofthe collagen is still remained after sterilization.
