The supporting portion comprises a first supporting portion, a second supporting portion and a third supporting portion. a sliding clamp-connecting part is arranged on the side face of each sliding groove and is provided with an annular concave opening matched with a screw of a fastening bolt in diameter. A supporting body is fixedly connected with the gravity support. The gravity support is fixed to the steel cable cutting-off preventing base through bolts. A first flange and a second flange are respectively provided with two connecting portions, four hanging tools are hung-connected to the connecting portions, one end of each steel cable is connected with a lock, the other end of each steel cable is connected with the steel cable cutting-off preventing base, and two ends of each steel cable are locked through the lock catches. Four steel cables are fixed in a bidirectional cable-stayed mode. By adopting the scheme, a 360-degree seismic horizontal force can be resisted.
