Abstract

The method comprises the following steps of obtaining a case group and a control group in a productive noise group; collecting the peripheral blood DNA of the case group and the control group; then, performing typing identification on three common mutation sites GSTT1, GSTM1 and GSTP1 of GST to obtain the susceptible occupational noise deafness gene, i.e., the GSTM1 deletion form. Meanwhile, the invention also discloses a kit of the susceptible occupational noise deaf gene. The kit comprises a GSTM1 amplification primer and an Albumin amplification primer. The screening is performed during the pre-job occupational health monitoring of workers; the noise susceptible workers are discovered and are prevented from working at the noise occupation posts so as to achieve the goal of precise prevention.
