Abstract

The invention provides a DWCN_NodeRank (NR) algorithm-based key-element extraction method of product design. Firstly, for different design scenes of products, a plurality of SysML models of the products corresponding to the different design scenes are acquired; design elements and relationships between all the design elements are respectively read from each SysML model; then a contribution degree between each pair of the design elements in a design element set is calculated according to relationship strength values of five relationship types, and a design structure matrix IDSM based on the design elements is established; and finally a weight vector NR of all the design elements is calculated in an iterative manner, and the design elements corresponding to elements which are in the obtained weight vector NR and greater than a set threshold value delta are taken as key elements. The method fully utilizes the various relationships embodied by the system models, and compared with a simulation manner or a manner of using probability reckoning according to actual use effect, the method is short in time and high in efficiency, and can deal with the key-element extraction problem in a large number of the system models.
