The method comprises the following steps: arranging first PADs around a FPC assembled plate and arranging second PADs around each single board of the FPC assembled plate; carrying out target punching at the first PAD and the second PAD positions of the FPC assembled plate to generate first D holes and the second D holes respectively; and placing the FPC assembled plate after target punching at a drilling crew of a reinforcing machine, capturing edge copper sheets of the first D holes and the second D holes by the reinforcing machine as positioning points, and calculating the position of a reinforced steel piece of the FPC assembled plate and carrying out automatic steel piece reinforcement. According to the invention, steel piece alignment is carried out by using D holes, so that a problem that steel piece deviation is caused by dislocation of films at the front and back sides during steel piece alignment because mark points are only arranged at one surface of the FPC board when the mark points are used for steel piece reinforcement is solved and thus the steel piece pasting precision is improved; and the repeated regulation and verification processes are reduced and the production efficiency of steel piece reinforcement is enhanced.
