The invention provides a deeply-integrated processing system, which comprises an integrated data processing unit, an integrated signal processing unit, an integrated graphics processing unit, an integrated video processing unit, an integrated data storage unit, an integrated data exchange unit and remote intelligent interface units. The integrated data processing unit, the integrated signal processing unit, the integrated graphics processing unit, the integrated video processing unit, the integrated data storage unit and the integrated data exchange unit are connected mutually to form a core processor and network module; and the remote intelligent interface units are distributed in the periphery of the core processor and network module, and are connected and communicated with processing units in the core processor and network module respectively. The deeply-integrated processing system realizes deep integration of an avionics system, an electromechanical system and a flight control system of an airplane, and the scale thereof can be enlarged or reduced so as to be suitable for function application and services of different kinds of airplanes, thereby effectively reducing system development, verification and airworthiness certification cost and maintenance overhead, and improving system reliability, maintenance performance and guarantee performance.
