The demountable longitudinal mode guided wave magnetostrictive sensor mainly comprises two parts, namely, the operating cane and a squirrel-cage magnetostrictive sensor, wherein the squirrel-cage magnetostrictive sensor comprises two symmetric C-type elements; a moving track and a connecting rod are connected through a displacement adjusting nut, and a pipe is clamped or the sensor is dismounted from the pipe when the displacement adjusting nut is rotated to move forwards and backwards along the connecting rod. Each single C-type element of the squirrel-cage magnetostrictive sensor mainly comprises an iron cobalt alloy shell cage, a block permanent magnet hoop array and selenodont detection coil. After the squirrel-cage magnetostrictive sensor is clamped on the to-be-measured pipe, the squirrel-cage magnetostrictive sensor can be stimulated to produce longitudinal mode ultrasonic guided waves, the longitudinal mode ultrasonic guided waves penetrate through epoxy resin cured on the inner surfaces of the C-type elements to be coupled to the pipe.
