Meanwhile, gas generated by electrolysis is conveyed to a treatment chamber through a ventilating pipe, sothat suspended solids in water can be in full contact with a flocculant so as to form large suspended solid flocs, and therefore, the effluent quality is improved; and therefore, resources are utilized, so that the environmental pollution generated by gas is also avoided.
