The heating and refrigerating device is attached to the outer surface of the constant-temperature constant-humidity box body. The cooling device is attached to the outer side of the heating and refrigerating device. The flux adjustable gas pump is connected to the gas inlet of the constant-temperature constant-humidity box body through the dryer. The gas inlet of the flux adjustable gas pump and the gas outlet of the constant-temperature constant-humidity box body are both placed in a radon chamber. The temperature and humidity control module is connected with the flux adjustable gas pump. The temperature and humidity measuring probe is placed in the constant-temperature constant-humidity box body and the radon chamber and connected with the temperature and humidity control module.
