The image collection method is used for a terminal; and the terminal comprises a foldable display screen and multiple image collection components; the terminal is divided into multiple folding parts along the folding lines of a display screen; and the multiple image collection components are located at the same side of the terminal and comprise the image collection components located at different folding parts. The image collection method comprises the steps of receiving a three-dimensional image shooting instruction; controlling at least two of the multiple image collection components to collect two-dimensional images based on the three-dimensional imageshooting instruction; and generating a three-dimensional image based on the two-dimensional images collected by the at least two image collection components. The method and the device of image collection solve the problems of less object characteristics included in the images shot by the terminal and relatively poor shooting effect of the terminal and improve the shooting effect of the terminal.
