Abstract

The invention relates to a method for constructing a model for rapid and nondestructive real-time prediction of crude oil properties and an application thereof. The method comprises the following steps: constructing a crude oil correction set, and determining properties of crude oil in the correction set; acquiring a near infrared spectrum of the crude oil by utilizing a near infrared spectrometerequipped with a near-infrared transmission type optical fiber probe; preprocessing the near infrared spectrum of the crude oil obtained in the step II by utilizing a method for combining first-orderdifferential and multiplicative scatter correction; performing training set sample selection on the preprocessed spectral data by utilizing a principal component analysis method; selecting a specificspectral wave number according to to-be-tested items of the crude oil and a spectral data set of the crude oil; and constructing a mathematical correlation model between the crude oil properties and the near-infrared spectral data by utilizing a regression modeling method. Compared with the traditional rapid crude oil measurement method, the method disclosed by the invention does not need complicated sample pretreatment, is simple in operation, rapid, nondestructive, high in signal-to-noise ratio of the near infrared spectrum and high in precision of quantitative analysis models and is particularly applicable to industrial online real-time prediction of multiple attribute values of the crude oil.
