The invention discloses a spare part configuration optimization method for naval vessel equipment under a no-maintenance state. The method comprises the following steps that: building an equipment storage period reliability calculation model and an equipment user period reliability calculation model; calculating the use reliability benefit value [Delta]pxk of the equipment, and obtaining the reliability benefit matrix of the equipment; and according to an initial spare part configuration scheme, obtaining one group of reliability benefit values corresponding to the spare part configuration scheme in the reliability benefit matrix, selecting a maximum value in a reorganized reliability benefit value, replacing the maximum value with the corresponding reliability benefit value when the number of spare parts is increased for one, meanwhile, increasing the corresponding spare part data for one, and updating a spare part configuration scheme so as to obtain the minimum use reliability of the equipment under the spare part scheme. By use of the method of the technical scheme, the spare part requirements of the equipment in storage and use stages are fully considered, the corresponding reliability benefit value is obtained, meanwhile, the spare part configuration scheme is subjected to solving constraining, and an effective optimal spare part configuration scheme can be further obtained.
