Abstract

The present invention provides an order delivery method and system. The method comprises the steps of: delivering an order to a corresponding first photographer terminal for any one order issued by abroker terminal, setting redelivery time of the order, and performing association storage of the order ID of the order and the redelivery time into an ordered set; detecting processing operation of the broker terminal and the first photographer terminal for the order, determining the state of the order according to a detection result, and performing association storage of the state and the ID of the order into a state record chart; and when the redelivery time is arrived, obtaining the order ID from the ordered set, determining the corresponding state of the order ID based on the state recordchart, and when the state of the order is order rejection, performing redelivery of the order to a second photographer terminal. The order delivery method and system do not need to scan lots of orderrecords so as to ease the burden of the server; and moreover, the method and the system simplify the processing logic of the server and effectively improve the order delivery efficiency.
