The invention further discloses a monitoring data uploading apparatus, device and system, and a storage medium. By adoption of the monitoring data uploading method, apparatus, device and system, the repeated uploading of the redundant data can be reduced while the integrity of the monitoring data is ensured, thereby saving the traffic for the user.
