Embodiment 1

[0033] Determination of Main Volatile Substances in Embodiment 1 Strawberry Leaf

[0034] 1. Experimental materials

[0035] Fresh strawberry leaves are obtained from strawberry plants (Fragaria × ananassa, Albion), trade name "Albi".

[0036] 2. Experimental method

[0037] Headspace solid-phase microextraction enrichment-gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS) was used to detect the main volatile substances and their contents in strawberry leaves.

[0038]Mix 20g of fresh strawberry leaves with saturated saline (1g:2.5mL) and homogenize, accurately weigh 3g of the sample and place it in a 15mL headspace bottle, add 1ul 300ppm, 2,6-dimethyl-6-heptane En-2-ol was used as an internal standard; after stirring and equilibrating at 40°C for 15 min, a 50 / 30 μm DVB / CAR / PDMS solid-phase microextraction head (Supelco, Bellefonte, PA, USA) was inserted for extraction for 30 min.

[0039] After the extraction, the sample was manually injected, and the sample port was analyzed at...

Embodiment 2

[0046] Inhibition of Main Volatile Substances in Example 2 Strawberry Leaves to Spore Germination and Mycelia Growth of Strawberry Coccomella

[0047] 1. Experimental materials

[0048] 1) Pathogens tested

[0049] M.fragariae, collected from strawberry plants with natural leaf snake eye disease, was isolated, purified, and identified in the laboratory and stored for later use. The spores used in this case were cultured within four generations of strawberry leaf medium.

[0050] 2) Test drug

[0051] Hexanal, trans-2-hexenal (Sigma-Aldrich, content greater than 98%), cis-3-hexenal (Sigma-Aldrich, 50% stabilized in triacetin)

[0052] 2. Experimental method

[0053] Set the concentration to 5 x 10 4 100uL of M.fragariae spore suspension per mL was evenly spread on the PDA medium (7mL medium per plate, about 0.15cm thick, and the diameter of the petri dish was 90mm), and stood for 10min to allow the spores to stick attached to the surface of the medium;

[0054] Place a 90...

Embodiment 3C6

[0076] The influence of embodiment 3C6 aldehydes volatile substances on the membrane potential of strawberry cocci (M.fragariae)

[0077] 1. Experimental materials

[0078] 1) Pathogens tested

[0079] M.fragariae, same as implementation case 2.

[0080] 2. Experimental method

[0081] 1) Set the concentration to 5×10 4 100uL of M.fragariae spore suspension per mL was evenly spread on the PDA medium (20mL medium per dish, about 0.15cm thick, and the diameter of the petri dish was 90mm). After cultivating for 5 days, follow the implementation The method in Case 2 was fumigated with C6 aldehyde volatile substances for 16 hours.

[0082] After the treatment, the hyphae were picked from each group, and the mitochondrial membrane potential of the mycelium was detected by using the mitochondrial membrane potential detection kit (JC-1) (Beyond Biotechnology, Shanghai).

[0083] The specific operation was performed according to the experimental procedure provided in the kit, and ...

Abstract

The invention discloses application of a C6 aldehyde volatile substance to inhibition of mycosphaerella fragariae. The C6 aldehyde volatile substance is hexaldehyde, trans-2-hexenal or cis-3-hexenal.The invention firstly discloses three types of C6 aldehyde volatile substances including the hexaldehyde, the trans-2-hexenal or the cis-3-hexenal in strawberry leaves, which can inhibit the mycosphaerella fragariae, especially can inhibit spore germination and mycelial growth of the mycosphaerella fragariae. In addition, the invention proves the action of the hexaldehyde, trans-2-hexenal or cis-3-hexenal in effectively inhibiting the spore germination and the mycelial growth of the mycosphaerella fragariae and the function thereof in preventing and controlling white leaf spots of strawberriesby a test utilizing the C6 aldehyde volatile substance to fumigate the mycosphaerella fragariae or strawberry leaves. The application disclosed by the invention has the beneficial effects that the apreparation for preventing and controlling the white leaf spots of strawberries caused by the mycosphaerella fragariae is prepared by adopting the hexaldehyde, trans-2-hexenal or cis-3-hexenal, the prevention and control for the white leaf spots of strawberries are carried out, the preventing and controlling effects are obvious, the use amount of pesticide can be effectively reduced and basis is provided for developing novel high-efficiency green and safe biological preventing and controlling method for preventing and controlling the white leaf spots of strawberries.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of agricultural science and technology, and in particular relates to the application of C6 aldehyde volatile substances in inhibiting coccidiobacterium strawberry. Background technique [0002] M.fragariae is the pathogenic bacterium that causes strawberry snake eye disease. Brown or colorless, branched or unbranched, basal locus undeveloped. Conidiospores are cylindrical to spindle-shaped, usually with 1 to 2 septa, and contain granules in the cells. [0003] Strawberry snake eye disease, also known as strawberry white spot and leaf spot, mainly damages leaves, and mostly causes disease spots on old leaves, and also infects petioles, fruit stalks, calyx, stolons and fruit stems. In the early stage of the disease, many small, nearly round, purplish red spots of different sizes appeared on the leaves, resembling snake eyes. Afterwards, the central spot turns gray-white to gray-brown and forms large spots, sometimes ...
