The system comprises a client side and a server side; the client side comprises a VDI proxy client side and an original VDI client side; the server side includes a VDI proxy server and multiple real servers; multiple TCP connection channels are existed between the original VDI client side and the multiple real servers; the VDI proxy client side and the original VDI client side are operated independently; the VDI proxy client side includes a network highjack module and a data sending-receiving module; the network highjack module creates a local TCP Server group by using an unoccupied port; and each of local TCP Servers includes adata mixing unit. According to the single-channel VDI proxy service system and the implementation method, the VDI proxy server at the server side only provides unique IP and port to provide a service,so a single-channel VDI proxy service is implemented; and the proxy, mapping and forwarding are more convenient and are safer.
