According to the method and the device, an analog to digital conversion module carries out analog to digital conversion on an intermediatefrequency signal received by an antenna, thereby obtaining a digital signal; and a digital intermediate frequency processing module carries out filtering and rate matching on the digital signal, thereby obtaining a processed signal; and the processed signal is sent to a DSP module.
