A dust removing device is embedded intothe upper part of the cabinet body and includes a dust collection cavity; a dust removing pipe is arranged inside the dust collection cavity and includes an outer pipe and an inner pipe; a water cavity is arranged between the outer pipe and the inner pipe; a wind cavity is formed in the inner side of the inner pipe; a plurality of through holes connecting the water cavity and the wind cavity areformed in the inner pipe; and a plurality of spraying openings are formed in the lower side of the outer pipe. A water tank is arranged above the dust collection cavity; a water refilling pipe connected with the dust removing pipe is arranged at the lower end of the water tank; and a water pump is arranged at the water refilling pipe. A circulation pump is arranged at the right side of the dust collection cavity; a circulation pipe connected with the water tank is arranged at the circulation pump; and a sewage purification tank is arranged at the circulation pipe.
