The safe electric-shock-prevention socket comprises a base, a rotary shaft, a rotary socket, jacks, a conductive male plug, a fixed female plug, a USB interface and an indicator lamp, wherein the rotary shaft is rotatably installed in the center of the base through a plastic bearing, the rotary socket is in interference fit with the rotary shaft, the jacks are formed in the rotary socket, the conductive male plug is installed at the upper side of the outer circle inside the rotary socket, andthe fixed female plug is fixedly installed inside an inner circle of the base through a tapping screw to be adaptive to the conductive male plug. After the plugs are plugged, the plugs can be rotate by 45 degrees clockwise, at this moment, after being in contact with each other, the conductive male plug and the fixed female plug on the rotary socket are connected and locked, the indicator lamp isturned on, and thus normal conduction is conducted; when the plugs need to be unplugged, the plugs need to rotate by 45 degrees anticlockwise before being unplugged, at this moment, the conductive male plug is separated from the fixed female plug, and the jacks on the rotary sockets are not conductive anymore.
