Abstract

The invention discloses a production process of 2,6-dichloro-p-nitroaniline. The production process comprises the following steps: (1) adding an organic solvent to a reaction kettle, then adding p-nitroaniline, stirring, heating to 50-70 DEG C, and maintaining the temperature for 1-3 hours; (2) introducing chlorine gas into the reaction kettle until a reaction is completed, cooling, and then performing filter pressing; and (3) performing matching use of the filtrate, beating the filter cake with water, recovering the organic solvent by using steam distillation, and then performing filter pressing and drying to obtain the final product, wherein during the reaction, stirring is conducted by a stirrer, and a stirring motor is provided with a driving mechanism for driving the stirring motor toconduct vertical lifting. Through the production process of the 2,6-dichloro-p-nitroaniline, the reactants in the reaction kettle can be mixed fully, and finally the product yield can be improved.
