Original high tidal zones suitable for birds to inhabit and build nests are adjusted into middle tidal zones, low tidal flats where water birds look for food during tide ebbing are adjusted into middle tidal zones and subtidal zones, a dense aegiceras corniculatum forest is planted in the middle tidal zones, and the habitat heterogeneity of intertidal flats is greatly simplified. Themangrove forest is directionally reformed by starting with governance of the habitat environment of birds and control of the food chain of the birds, and a mangrove forest wetland disliked by the birds is formed.
