The invention provides an ocean concrete structure wet interface repairing construction method and a repairing material thereof. The repairing material is prepared from 100 to 150 parts of hydroxyl-terminated
polydimethylsiloxane, 20 to 60 parts of
butyl rubber, 30 to 80 parts of sulphoaluminate
cement, 5 to 15 parts of cross-linking agent, 2 to 8 parts of latent catalytic
system, 3 to 10 parts of tackifying resin and 20 to 100 parts of filler, wherein the latent catalytic
system is prepared by complexing an organic
tin catalyst and a chelating agent, long-term storage stability at normal temperature is realized, and a curing reaction is triggered under the combined action of
moisture and temperature. According to the construction method of the repairing material, direct construction can be carried out under the wet interface condition that the
water content of the surface of a base material is 5%-20%,
drying treatment is not needed, the construction process is simple, convenient and rapid, and the method is suitable for in-situ repairing of a
tidal range area concrete structure, an
underwater concrete structure, an ocean platform
pile foundation and
wharf facilities; the
coating can be constructed under the wet interface condition that the
water content of the surface of a base material is 5%-20%, does not need
drying treatment, and can be used for
corrosion prevention and repair of marine concrete structures, crack sealing,
damage repair and
steel bar corrosion prevention and protection.
