This invention provides a mobile wind tunnel device capable of outputting uniform droplets, belonging to the field of icing and anti-icing technology for ships and marine structures. The device includes: a stabilizing rectangular cavity and a transitional circular-to-square cavity, the stabilizing rectangular cavity and the transitional circular-to-square cavity being connected. The circular opening of the transitional circular-to-square cavity is connected to a variable frequency fan. A honeycomb rectifier and multiple airfoil spray frames are installed inside the stabilizing rectangular cavity, with the honeycomb rectifier located between the variable frequency fan and the airfoil spray frames. This mobile wind tunnel achieves uniform droplet output, maintaining a stable airflow field through the honeycomb rectifier; by arranging heating tape in the water and air pipes inside the airfoil spray frames, the wind tunnel device can operate for extended periods in low-temperature environments without icing; and a control cabinet controls wind speed, water pressure, and air pressure to obtain icing data for the ship's superstructure under different wind speeds and droplet diameters.
