The wide-spectrum flat-field apochromatic microscope objective belongs to an infinity conjugate objective, and comprises a first part, a second part and a third part which are arranged in sequence, wherein the first part comprises cover glass, a first meniscus lens and a second meniscus lens which are arranged insequence, and the first part provides focal power and reduces numerical aperture for the following part; the second part comprises a first doublet lens, a second doublet lens, a third doublet lens and a triplet lens which are arranged in sequence, and the second part is used for correcting chromatic aberration; the third part comprises a fourth doublet lens, and is used for assisting in complementation of focal power and correcting field curvature. The wide-spectrum flat-field apochromatic microscope objective is large in numerical aperture compared to an objective with the same magnification, increases the brightness of fluorescence microscopy imaging, is wide in spectral range covering most of the visible light and part of the near-infrared light, and finally achieves apochromatism.
