The display driving method comprises the steps of: performing a timing operation on an operating stateof a display screen, and storing a corresponding timing result in an operating characteristic memory; acquiring a corresponding operating time length of a display according to the timing result; acquiring the operating time length, and determining whether a correction operation needs to be performed on a gamma lookup table; acquiring a corresponding contrast gamma value from an operating characteristic table according to the operating time length when the gamma lookup table needs to be corrected; and calculating a pre-compensation value corresponding to each pixel value according to the contrast gamma value, and updating the gamma lookup table. The display driving circuit, the display driving method and the display device select the corresponding gamma value through calculating the operating time length of the display screen, and can correct the original gamma lookup table according to the corresponding gamma value when the original gamma lookup table needs to be corrected, thereby being conductive to reducing the insufficient effect of image display caused by screen aging.
