Abstract

The invention discloses a remote monitoring system and method for opposed bridge deflection, comprising a liquid storage tank, a communication tube, a double-base point calibration module, a deflection measuring submodule, a data bus, a data synchronization collector, an industrial control computer, and a remote communication module. The liquid storage tank and the double-base point calibration module are mounted on a vertical section of the communication tube, and a horizontal section of the communication tube is communicated with each deflection measuring submodule. The deflection measuringsubmodule comprises a stop valve, a first liquid storage tube, a second liquid storage tube, a first pressure sensor, and a second pressure sensor. The first liquid storage tube and the second liquidstorage tube are respectively mounted at two ends of the stop valve, and are arranged horizontally and symmetrically. The second liquid storage tube is connected to the horizontal section of the communication tube through an interface of the communication tube. The first pressure sensor and the second pressure sensor are respectively arranged at outer ends of the first liquid storage tube and thesecond liquid storage tube. According to the remote monitoring system and method for opposed bridge deflection, the influence of liquid vibration in the communication tube on the measurement data is avoided by measuring the pressure value of the pressure sensor corresponding to the two opposed liquid storage tubes, and accurate measurements of dynamic deflection are achieved.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of monitoring, in particular to a bridge deflection remote monitoring system and monitoring method. Background technique [0002] Bridge deflection is an important parameter to measure the life and health of bridges. At present, domestic and foreign scholars have done a lot of research on bridge deflection monitoring. The main monitoring methods are as follows: [0003] (1) Level method: [0004] Usually, the bridge deflection is measured manually using theodolite, dial gauge and other instruments, but these methods are difficult to accurately reflect the safety status of the bridge under the dynamic load generated by the passing of vehicles, and cannot meet the needs of long-term automatic monitoring of deflection. Dynamic measurement is a real-time and online monitoring of bridge deflection, which can accurately reflect the real-time deformation state of the bridge, and can detect the early signs of acci...
