Abstract

The invention relates to a key index testing system and a method for a low-altitude slow and small target detection radar. The system comprises a target unit and a ground station. The target unit, asa detected target in the radar testing, reflects the radar detection signals; and the target unit establishes a wireless data transmission link with the ground station, and transmits its own positioninformation to the ground station through the data transmission link. The ground station establishes a connection with the radar network, and obtains the detection result of the radar on the target unit through the radar network; and the ground station compares with the position information of the target unit obtained through the data transmission link, and tests the radar ranging accuracy and theangle measurement accuracy. The test cost of the key index testing system and the method for the low-altitude slow and small target detection radar is reduced from 200,000 to 600,000 to 10,000 to 20,000 in the case of same time-consuming as the conventional radar test; the automatic test is supported; and the requirements of millimeter wave continuous wave low speed UAV detection radar can be met.
