Abstract

The invention relates to an antique PVC film and a preparation method thereof, wherein the antique PVC film comprises a PVC layer and an ink layer, and the ink layer comprises the following raw materials by weight: 15-20 parts of gold oil, 2-5 parts of Butanone, 3-6 parts of a pigment, and 0.1-0.3 part of a scratch-resistant agent. The preparation method comprises: 1) preparing a PVC base layer and a PVC decoration layer, and printing an ink layer on the PVC decoration layer; 2) laminating the PVC base layer and the PVC decoration layer by a laminating machine; and 3) wiping the ink layer by using a wiping agent. According to the present invention, the ink layer is wiped by the wiping agent, such that the ink layer exhibits the antique patterns, and has the antique effect so as to meet therequirements of people.
