The manufacturing method comprises the following steps: inputting the raw materials into a ball mill to ball-mill by a wet process, sieving, mixing to glaze slurry with baume degrees of 45-60, applying the glaze slurry to a biscuit firing billet, wherein the glaze layer is 0.3-0.5mm thick; and burning in a roller kiln, burning in an oxidizing atmosphere at 1240-1260 DEG C for 6-8 hours, insulating for 1-1.5 hours and finally, naturally cooling to room temperature.
