Abstract

The invention discloses a novel efficient protection information substation based on IEC61850 standard and an implementation method thereof. A spacer-layer network interface of an information substation receives an uplink MMS message of a relay protection device; a server process replaces a domain name element in an uplink MMS original message with a domain name of the dispatched-distributed protection information substation; a gateway network interface sends the uplink MMS message to dispatch; the gateway network interface receives a downlink MMS message of the dispatch; the server process converts the domain name element in the downlink MMS message into a corresponding relay protection device domain name; and the spacer-layer network interface directly sends the downlink MMS message to the relay protection device. The novel efficient protection information substation based on IEC61850 standard and the implementation method thereof in the invention greatly improve the data processingefficiency and processing capacity of the protection information sub-station; true to the original message sent on the relay protection device, the structure of the original message is kept unchanged;faults can be located rapidly; moreover, the memory resource used is less; configuration update and re-debugging are not required in extension and renovation of a transformer substation.
