The method comprises that: voltage and current information of a monitored device are collected by using the device power parameter collecting module in real time; the received information is classified and storedinto the data memory module by using the processor module; and the data is called by using the processor module for operation to obtain power parameter information of each part of the device, the power parameter information is stored into the data memory module, and the power parameter information is transmitted to the host computer by using the communication module.
