Experiments prove that the disease resistance on stripe rust of plants can be reduced after the coding genes of the stripe rust resistancerelated protein are interfered so that a transgenic plant with reduced stripe rust resistance can be obtained to be taken as a model plant for screening plant stripe rust resistance medicines.
