Abstract

The preparation method comprises the steps of coarsely extracting sapium baccatum with 95% ethanol, and performing separation and purification to form the compound by using technologies such as normal phase silica gel chromatography, thin-layer chromatography (TLC), reversed phase medium pressure liquid chromatography (RP-MPLC), Toyopearl HW40, Sephadex LH-20 and high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). Compounds 1 and 5 (2 micrometers) can inhibit expression of HuR in liver cancer cells HepG2, and the compound 1 has a stronger inhibition effect than the compound 5, so that the compound has a significant inhibition effect on the expression of an HuR protein in the liver cancer cells, and has a good potential for next preclinical study.
