The invention discloses a drunk driving quick detection device and method based on dual-wavelength laser remote sensing, wherein the device comprises a laser emitter, a laser emitter control portion,an emitting portion, a light condensing portion, a light detection and signal analysis portion and a light reflecting portion; the laser emitter is composed of two lasers having wavelengths within alcohol and moisture absorption peaks and deviating an absorption region into moisture absorption peaks; the laser emitter control portion includes a laser drive control module and a temperature controlmodule; the emitting portion is composed of a laser beam coupling lens unit and a beam expander unit; the light reflecting portion is composed of an angle reflector; the light condensing portion is composed of a parabolic concentrator and a D-type reflector; the light detection and signal analysis portion is composed of a photoelectric detector and a computer.
