An electric heater is equipped to selectively provide thermal energy for a hydrogen production reaction. The power generationsystem uses the extracted hydrogen to generate electricity. The power supply and distribution control module controls the power generation system to supply power to a load and the storage level of thebattery pack. The battery pack controllably stores the electrical energy generated by the power generation system and controllably supplies power to the electric heater. The system can provide heat for hydrogen production by using solar energy instead of fossil fuel in the prior art, and fully utilizes the natural energy while saving energy and protecting the environment.
