The manufacturing method includes the steps: (1) preparing materials; (2) a, baking semen cannabis to be yellowish at the temperature of 70-80 DEG C with the processed thickness of more than 10 meshes; b, soaking radix glycyrrhizae preparata, cortex fraxini, cortex magnoliae officinalis, rhizomacoptidis and rhizoma atractylodis macrocephalae in 3-5 times volume of deionized water for 1-3 hours, and performing microwave heating; c, placing radix rehmanniae, radix angelicae sinensis, radix aucklandiae, herba cistanches and radix ophiopogonis into boiling water; d, crushing fructus mori and radix codonopsis into particles of 20-40 meshes; e, mixing components obtained in the four steps, andthen adding yam powder and honey. By means of Chinese herbs, the habitual constipation treating Chinese medicine is low in side effects on human bodies and applicable to people of all ages. When in use, the medicine is orally taken for three times every day at the dosage of 3-10g and can treat hardly cured habitual constipation.
