Abstract

The device comprises a housing, wherein a spraying chamber, a cold flowing channel and a hot flowing channel are sequentially arranged on the housing from center to the side edge; a cold and hot flowing channel separating plate and a semiconductor refrigerating sheet are alternatively arranged between thecold flowing channel and the hot flowing channel and encircle a separating layer provided with a gap; the gap of the separating layer is treated as a division port; the cold flowing channel communicates with the hot flowing channel through the division port; a cold end fin and a hot end fin are arranged on the semiconductor refrigerating sheet and are correspondingly positioned in the cold flowing channel and the hot flowing channel; the spraying chamber communicates with the cold flowing channel through a cold flowing channel inlet; an air inlet and an air outlet are formed in the housing; the air inlet communicates with the spraying chamber, and the air outlet communicates with the hot flowing channel; and an ultrasonic humidifier is arranged in the spraying chamber.
